Keramedic Q&A
Can Keramedic be used in conjunction with other topicals such as Rogaine?
Absolutely! Apply Keramedic first after derma-rolling then proceed with your minoxidil.
Will Keramedic work if I don't use the dermaroller?
Yes it will, however, using the roller will enhance the results of the serum by about 60%. Think of it like perforating and fertilizing the lawn.
How often do I need to replace the roller?
Your dermaroller should be replaced after 10-15 uses. Clean it with alchohol after every use and store it in its case when not in use.
What if I get the eyelash serum in my eye?
The pH of Keramedic is close to that of our tears. You shouldn't experience too much discomfort if you accidentally get some in your eye but a quick flush with some eyedrops will disperse it.
What do I do if I get too much serum in one spot?
Keramedic is extremely concentrated. Spritzing some water at your root and massaging with your fingertips will spread it out more.
Does my scalp have to be wet to use Keramedic?
Not at all! You may use Keramedic whenever you feel the desire. Just try to get it on your scalp and not your hair. It won't help you there!
How do I order more?
Please text me or tell me in person when you need more product. I compound it to order in my lab space across town so please give me as much notice as possible.
Are the spray bottles refillable?
Yes! Bring me your empties and they will get washed and sterilized with uvc and gamma radiation. The pumps will deteriorate over time from the uvc so keep me posted when you need a replacement.
Will Keramedic grow hair on other areas of my body?
Indeed it will! Just put it where it needs to go and you won't have to start shaving your toes, unless that is a personal goal of yours of course.
Can I buy Keramedic for a friend?
Yes! However, I need to see them first to make sure that they are a candidate.
Can I tell anyone about Keramedic?
You are welcome to talk to anyone you wish about Keramedic but they must schedule some time with me for an assessment before they can purchase it.
Can you ship Keramedic to me?
I can ship Keramedic, however, there will be additional shipping charges added. It must be shipped refrigerated and overnight.
